With the draw being made on Friday morning, I've been having a look at the maths involved. There's
- a 1 in 4 chance the parcel can be hand delivered to the winner
- a 1 in 3 chance it's going to end up in Houston Baptist
- a 1 in 6 chance it will go to someone Irish
- a 1 in 6 chance it's going to Nancy (Dana tipped me off)
- a 1 in 12 chance it will end up in Canada
You can still enter here. I'm think I'm going to let my mum make the draw, there's not much excitement in her life since she gave up the extreme sports!

1 in 3 it ends up at Houston's First Baptist - that's funny - but, more importantly...increases MY odds of winning! Ha!
Ali
You are giving your blogger friends a very poor description of me - I may have given up extreme sports (due to injury!)but I have taken up extreme ironing instead, hadn't you noticed!! However I will be delighted to make the draw for the Irish goodies - for a small fee!!
Love ya
Drat that Dana... She ratted me out because I gave you a little insight to her imaginary friends. I am very close to Millie, in fact Millie has been very profitable to me through the years. Too bad Millie hasn't invested any of her earnings into new clothes.
I am entering again...pick me...
I so wish you all had seen the 1960's TV show Leave it to Beaver. I would so go Eddie Haskell on your mum and compliment her till she didn't know what to do but pick my name.
Looking forward to the drawing.
I hope I am not disqualified because I know your mum and have always held her in the highest regard. I think she is a lovely woman and I have always found her to be extremely professional. If I won the draw I would welcome the excuse to call over to her house to collect the prize and have a cup of tea and a chat with her.
(By the way, Ali, did you ever work in a bookies? You seem very exact with your odds!)
Well, those odds are good~
Actually Ali's mum, I am impressed that you did extreme sports...how cool is that?
Millie has been a big blessing in my life, so really you could leave her in and I wouldn't be mad. What are the odds of her winning?
I think Pluto went all Eddie Haskell on us.
Excuse my ignorance, Dana, but who is Eddie Haskell? I don't know whether to be insulted or flattered!
Pluto, probably a little of both. He is from Leave it to Beaver, an American tv show from the early 60's. He always complimented Beav's mom to the point of ad nauseum. He did it to earn brownie points, win favor and she saw right through it.
:)
'and she saw right through it'
Yeah Pluto, just like the rest of us .....
