I've not done this before, I saw it on Judy's blog and thought it looked like fun, but then never managed to remember it was Monday in time to take part!
The hostess for this week’s exercise is Gattina at Writer Cramps and she wants to see photos of blogging places. You'd have thought I'd have tidied mine up before I took the picture. I reckoned that would have defeated the purpose though!
I have been asked to say could you please note my daughter's lovely sunflower, and if you can spot the red sticker at the bottom of my monitor, the story behind it is here
Now, that was a nice easy one for me to start with, thanks Gattina. I can't guarantee I will ever participate in Fun Monday again. It depends if I can remember what day of the week it is ...

ReplyDeleteIf you call that a messy desk I cannot imagine what a tidy one looks like! Welcome to Fun Monday, its really not as hard as it seems! LOL! Unless you leave it till Monday which IS a habit of mine! It generally pays to sort it out on the weekend if you have the time!

ReplyDeleteI'm with Karisma. I noticed the sunflower too. In fact, it's the FIRST thing I noticed. Looks like the work area of an educator. I was once one, too. Actually, I believe once a teacher always a teacher whether you're in the classroom or not.
ReplyDeleteYou did a fine job with your first Fun Monday. And who says, your Fun Monday post has to be posted on Monday? I have posted my on Tuesdays and Wednesdays before just because I never know what day of the week it is. (I embrace my insanity.)
We all hope that you play again.
Oh, and one more thing: I ususally don't even follow the rules either.

I plant sunflowers every summer, in as many places I can. I love them and your sunflower really makes your spot. I could only think of positive and sunny thoughts thoughts sitting in your blog spot.

ReplyDeletePlease send my compliments to the Sunflower Artist. I'm a wanna be watercolor painter myself and actually have a painting of sunflowers on my display board. Mine, however, is not as well done as your little artist's! And, I wish I was earning stickers for making people smile--unfortunately not lately.
